The deadlines have passed for candidates to enter or exit races in the Nov. 4 general municipal election. Lehigh and Northampton counties have listed their races and candidates as required by law. Here are the races and candidates. Statewide races are listed first, then county and municipal races in Lehigh and Northampton counties. School board races are listed last. Not included on this list are races for tax collector or auditor. Most of those races are uncontested, or have no candidates at all. Qualified citizens have until Oct. 20 to register to vote or change their registration. Registered voters have until Oct. 28 to request a mail-in or absentee ballot.
